Medical Forms

Fill this form out if your son is taking any prescription medication.

BSA Official Medical Form Part A and B must be on file with the troop to participate in camping trips and major activities. Part C is the physical exam that is required for participants in any event that exceeds 72 consecutive hours, for all high-adventure base participants, or when the nature of the activity is strenuous and demanding.

Special Activities

Join Boy Scout troop 55 For a night with the Harrisburg Senators

Troop 55 reserved the best seats in the house for the Senators game on July 28th, 2018.  The tickets include the game, seats behind home plate and a buffet style meal located in the Club Area with additional amenities of the Club Area.  Please see the Flyer for details.  The cost is $40 dollars per person. Payment is due by June 15th.  Additional

Payment and order form may be dropped off between 9 AM and 2 PM M-F at Grace United Methodist Church office, 309 Herman Ave., Lemoyne, PA, at the Troop meeting on Monday nights at Grace United Methodist Church or at 57 Old Pioneer Road, Camp Hill, PA anytime.
